VP Leni visits Pangasinan today

April 8, 2022

Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo visits Pangasinan today, April 8, her fifth stop in another week of campaigning, buoyed by her nine percent increase in the most recent Pulse Asia survey.

Robredo will be the main speaker at The Education President: Interviews with Presidential Aspirants on Philippine Education, a forum to be hosted by the University of Pangasinan.

The Vice President has said that there is an “education crisis” in the country, which requires immediate and significant intervention to address the needs of Filipino students.

After the forum, Robredo will head to Bani, Pangasinan, where her supporters will hold a rally for her. From Bani, she will go to Villasis for another rally.

Robredo will cap her tour of Pangasinan with a grand rally in Dagupan City, called Talindeg, which means “tindig” or “make a stand”.

The Vice President’s pre-Holy Week sortie included Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Davao, and she will head to Aurora and Pampanga after Pangasinan. [End]
