Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo returned to the Davao Region on Thursday, April 7, to meet with local officials and supporters who showed their support for her candidacy in the upcoming May 9 elections.

Speaking in front of a 35,000-strong crowd at the ‘Reporma: Angat Buhay Lahat Grand People’s Rally of Davao Region’, Robredo said she was grateful to be able to talk to so many Davaoeños all at once.

Maraming salamat,” the presidential candidate said. Robredo added that it was an opportunity for her to share the kind of government she is advocating for.

The presidential candidate also reiterated that a Robredo administration will be one that serves everyone, regardless of political color.

She shared that the Office of the Vice President (OVP) has always been ready to help the region.

Noong pandemya, andito kami,” Robredo said, which earned her cheers from the crowd.

Robredo also tweeted to again express her gratitude to the Davaoeños: “Grateful for the chance to be with you, Davao! Maraming, maraming salamat sa pagtindig at pagmamahal.” [End]
